how we grew to be here
Our Botanical Creperie was established in September of 2022.
But our story starts much before then!
In 2018, our parent company (New Holland Coffee) moved to their current New Holland location on West Main Street. With a new space on their hands, they wanted to add a variety of crepes to their menu. After trying it out for a few weeks, they found there wasn’t enough room to make crepes along with their other menu items. But their passion for crepes never faded!
When Brady’s Pub announced they were closing in February of 2022, New Holland Coffee saw the opportunity arise they had been waiting for - the perfect space to host their creperie! And so it began. Botanical Creperie sprouted!
From there, we started construction and completely rebuilt everything inside the space. Starting from scratch, we were able to create our creperie just like we had hoped - including adding a glass atrium roof (a New Holland Coffee signature) and lots of plants to fill the space!
Once construction was complete, we opened our doors for all to enjoy delicious crepes, specialty pastries, coffee, and a bright, warm atmosphere! Since then, we’ve added rice bowls, salads, house made soups, and more to our menu along with even more plants (because if we’ve being honest, there’s no such thing as too many)!
We are so thankful and fortunate to have such a supportive community and are looking forward to continue serving them - and hopefully you too!
